Audio Visual

This Agreement for the service Audio Visual Rental & Staging shall begin on the date hereof.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: A rental is only confirmed once a signed agreement is received and a deposit (often 50% for larger events) is paid.

  • Final Payment: Full payment is typically due on or before delivery. Late payments may incur interest (e.g., 1.5% to 2% monthly).

  • Pricing: Quoted rates are subject to change until the contract is signed.

2. Equipment Use and Care

  • Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rented items from delivery until return.

  • Damage/Loss: Customers must pay full compensation for any equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period.

  • Standard Wear: Minor scuffs are usually considered "normal wear and tear," while broken components or deep stains are chargeable.

  • Environment: Equipment must not be exposed to harsh conditions like moisture, sand, or extreme heat.

3. Delivery, Setup, and Operation

  • Venue Access: The customer must ensure safe and open access to the venue for setup and breakdown.

  • Parking: The client is often responsible for providing or reimbursing parking for technicians and delivery vehicles.

  • Operator Competency: If the customer is operating the gear, they must receive instructions at the time of delivery and acknowledge they understand how to use it safely.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • 72+ hours notice: May allow for a full refund or a partial loss of deposit.

    • 24-72 hours notice: Typically results in a 25%–50% charge of the total rental.

    • Less than 24 hours notice: 100% payment to cover already allocated gear and labor.

  • Force Majeure (Rain Policy): If an event is cancelled due to acts of God (weather, etc.), we will allow rescheduling within 90 days for a 25%–50% charge of the total rental. No charges for labot.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Indemnification: The customer agrees to hold the provider harmless from any injuries or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of the rented gear.

  • Insurance: For high-value setups, we require commercial general liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Chauffeured Elite Black Car and Motor Coach Services

This Agreement for the service Chauffeured shall begin on the date hereof.

Driving Services Terms of Service

1. Reservations and Scheduling

  • Booking Confirmation: Reservations are officially confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and a deposit up to 50% or more of the total price.

  • Wait Time Policy: For airport arrivals, a complimentary wait time of 30 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes for international arrivals is provided. For all other pickups, a standard wait period 15 minutes applies; beyond this, hourly "Wait Time" $95/hr fees will be charged.

  • Punctuality: While we strive for 100% on-time performance, Fasil For Hire LLC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, road closures, or traffic accidents.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellation Windows:

    • Black Car: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.

    • Motor Coach/Large Groups: Cancellations must be made at least 7–14 days in advance due to logistics and fleet allocation.

  • No-Show Policy: If a passenger fails to show at the designated pickup location within the allotted wait time without contacting the driver, the full fare will be charged.

3. Vehicle Rules and Conduct

  • Zero Tolerance Policy: I maintain a strict no-smoking and no-illegal-substance policy inside all vehicles.

  • Passenger Conduct: The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund if passengers become unruly, threatening, or engage in illegal activity.

  • Cleanliness/Damage Fees: A cleaning fee (typically $250+) will be charged for any excessive mess or biohazard (sickness). Any physical damage to the vehicle interior or exterior caused by the client or their guests will be billed at the full cost of repair.

4. Liability and Safety

  • Seatbelts: All passengers are required by law to wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion.

  • Belongings: Fasil For Hire LLC is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. I will make a reasonable effort to return lost items at the client's expense.

  • Maximum Capacity: Vehicles will never exceed their legal passenger capacity.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Incidental Charges: Tolls, parking, airport fees and fuel surcharges (if applicable) will be added to the final invoice unless otherwise stated in the quote.

  • Gratuity: tipping is at the client's discretion.

Security Services Terms of Service

This Agreement for the service security shall begin on the date hereof.

1. Scope of Services

  • Defined Duties: Services are limited to those specifically outlined in the "Statement of Work" (e.g., foot patrol, access control, or executive protection). Any requests outside of this scope must be agreed upon in writing.

  • Observation & Reporting: Security personnel are primarily tasked with observation, deterrence, and reporting. Unless explicitly stated, personnel are not a substitute for local law enforcement.

  • Authority to Exclude: The client grants Fasil For Hire LLC the authority to challenge, remove, or deny entry to any person who violates venue rules or poses a perceived threat.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Safe Environment: The client must provide a safe working environment for security staff. Any known hazards or specific threats (e.g., a known disgruntled individual) must be disclosed prior to the start of the shift.

  • Facilities: For long-term or outdoor assignments, the client must provide reasonable access to shelter, restrooms, and a staging area.

  • Point of Contact: The client must designate a single person with decision-making authority to communicate with the security team lead.

3. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  • No Guarantee of Results: While our presence is a deterrent, Fasil For Hire LLC does not guarantee that no crime, loss, or injury will occur. We are not an insurer of the client’s property or the safety of persons on the premises.

  • Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fasil For Hire LLC from any claims or lawsuits arising from the security team’s lawful performance of their duties, including the use of reasonable force to protect persons or property.

  • Liability Cap: Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service dates in question.

4. Fees, Overtime, and Cancellation

  • Emergency Requests: Requests for security with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a "Short-Notice" premium rate.

  • Overtime: If an event runs past the scheduled end time, the client will be billed at an hourly overtime rate (often 1.5x) in 30-minute increments.

  • Cancellation:

    • 48+ hours notice: No charge or loss of deposit only.

    • Less than 48 hours notice: 50%–100% of the total contract value may be billed to cover scheduled labor costs.

Valet Parking

This Agreement for the service Valet Parking shall begin on the date hereof.

All vehicles must have current registration and insurance inside the vehicle in order for us to operate. Fasil for Hire LLC does not carry a separate auto insurance for each vehicle as this is no longer offered by auto insurers. Fasil for Hire LLC is not responsible for any valuables left behind. We base our estimate with a verity of factors under consideration. If your estimate includes a charge from other vendors like a parking garage operator, we require a payment in the amount specified as administrative surcharge which is non refundable to be paid at first followed by the entire amount on the invoice after an agreement with the parking garage operator is in place. If more than the expected number of cars are parked in a paid garage customer agrees to pay for the additional cars which we will bill on a separate invoice limited to no more than five cars. If service is rendered outside of the specified time, the customer will receive a separate invoice the next business day charged at $45hr for each valet.

The price presented assumes our employees will be able to collect tips. If that's not possible please let us know so we can revise the estimate to include gratuity. Fasil for Hire LLC cannot be held responsible for issues that might arise like a sudden road closure, unexpected traffic jam in our routes to and from the designated parking area or entertaining more than the expected number of cars which includes all guests arriving at the same time that might result in slow operations. As noted above, we will assess a non refundable administrative surcharge for a variety of reasons when necessary including but not limited to conduct a site visit, make parking arrangements with parking garage operators and obtain the necessary permits and licenses from the city or county.

Cancellation and Rescheduling.

Fasil for Hire LLC requires a 48hrs advanced notice for all changes and cancellations subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds are issued after goods and services are delivered unless we are at fault with our own negligence outside of what’s specified in this contract which might include unsatisfactory performance from our valets.

Force Majeure (Rain Policy): If an event is cancelled due to acts of God (weather, etc.), we will reschedule or cancel and issue a full refund.
